‍All carrier surcharges, including but not limited to the Marine Pollution MARPOL surcharge, LSS Surcharge, the Suez Canal and Aden surcharges, Peak season surcharge and Emergency BAF will be applied at the relevant level at time of shipment from origin port.

All delivery charges are subject to the current fuel surcharges as advised by the carrier. Fuel surcharges may be charged as a fixed lump sum or percentage additional according to the individual carrier and may vary monthly.

The rates quoted are based on space available with our designated carriers. If space is not available at the time of booking then a further charge may apply.

All rates exclude marine insurance. Services available upon request.

Vat and Duty if placed on D&M Logistic Solutions deferment must be paid two days before delivery of goods to the consignee.

Please note it’s the shipper / Importers legal responsibility to provide the correct cargo commodity codes for HMRC declarations.

All business transacted according to BIFA Standard Trading Conditions latest edition copy available on request. All rates quoted are based upon current tariffs in force and are subject to change without prior notification. Rates of exchange shown are illustrative only and do not form part of this offer. CAF & BAF are subject to monthly review, rates shown are those in force during the first month of validity of this pricing record.

‍Please note all import & export containers must comply with new VGM Solas ruling. D&M Logistic Solutions or our relevant agent will request either method 1 or 2 to be completed by the shipper. D&M Logistic Solutions can provide VGM compliance. At the relevant port however the shipper will be charged for this procedure.

We may pass your personal data on to third-party service providers contracted to D&M Logistic Solutions in the course of dealing with you. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil the service they provide you on our behalf. When they no longer need your data to fulfil this service, they will dispose of the details in line with D&M Logistic Solutions procedures. If we wish to pass your sensitive personal data onto a third party we will only do so once we have obtained your consent, unless we are legally required to do otherwise.
